Perfect for kofta
Used this for kofta and it was absolutely spot on. Fresh, properly halal, and the fat ratio is just right. Highly recommend to anyone who takes their cooking seriously.

Really good quality
Solid mince, great colour and fresh smell. Made burgers last weekend and they were juicy. Only reason not 5 stars is I'd love a bigger pack option.
